The Athletics Program at St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time Head Flag Football and Assistant Soccer Coach position.

Oversee all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference structure. Ensure compliance (and reporting of violations) with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules. Meeting recruiting goals as established by the athletic department is a vital part of this position. Other areas of focus are competitive results, alumnae relations, and student-athletic experience. Head coach also must organize an assistant coaching structure that supports department and team goals.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Soccer coaching experience at the NCAA or high school level.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree. NCAA Division III coaching and recruiting experience.

Compensation:
Annual wage is $47,324 – $66,271 depending on qualifications and experience.

The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. St. Catherine reserves the right to modify or adjust compensation depending on University needs.

This is a full-time (0.92 FTE) position. Employees working .50 – 1.0 FTE are eligible to accrue sick time prorated based on their FTE status if less than a 1.0 FTE.
