This position is responsible for basic cleaning responsibilities to provide the best possible environment to support those who work and study at Concordia

Job Duties/What You'll Do

  • Support the mission and vision of Concordia College and be able to work with a diverse group of people including co-workers, students, staff, faculty, etc. in a professional manner
  • Clean assigned areas, which could include classrooms, offices, restrooms, dorm rooms, apartments, and other public spaces.
  • Assigned cleaning tasks may include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, windows, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
  • Assigned non-cleaning tasks may include snow removal at building entrances, changing light bulbs, care of assigned equipment, etc.

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required or successful related work experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to operate and care for various custodial equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for clean and organized spaces
