Senior Project Manager/Team Lead-Retail Bank Construction

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services forour financial services client account to help achieve the company's strategicbusiness objectives. Projects consist of retail bank ground up and fit-out constructionfor the Southeastern region. As Team Lead, the Sr. Project Manager will also mentorand lead Project Managers supporting client's retail construction program.

This job is part of the Project Management functionresponsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Remoterole that requires up to 20%-40% travel throughout the Southeast.

What You'll Do

Manage all areas of project management for multiple realestate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, andcloseout.

Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of theproject. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resourcerequirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones,quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualifiedlists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requestsfor proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Facilitate the development of a charter and integratedtimeline.

Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues getresolved or escalated.

Facilitate regular meetings to review project status foractive and pending projects.

Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project teamthrough implementation and completion.

Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, bettermethods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depthknowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise inmost or all areas within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Anticipatespotential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and ofdivergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

What You'll Need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

  • Bachelor'sDegree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, acombination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP,and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

  • Groundup, retail, and/or financial services experience is strongly desired. Knowledgeof mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MSProject, or similar project management software. Experience with Smartsheet isa plus.

  • Abilityto coach, mentor, and lead other Project Managers to develop in-depth knowledgeand expertise in most or all areas within the function.

  • Abilityto solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have abroad impact on the business.

  • Expertorganizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
