Front of House / Bar Staff Neighbourhood Bar Minimum 35 Hours Per Week Neighbourhood is looking for an experienced and reliable Front of House / Bar team member to join our crew or a person looking to enter the hospitality industry who has a passion for meeting, greeting and serving people . We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers genuine customer service, and can confidently handle busy weekend evenings. What We’re Looking For Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred but not essential Strong customer service and communication skills Confident working both independently and within a team Available to work weekend evenings Reliable, punctual, and well presented A clear understanding of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act and responsible alcohol service Ability to stay calm and professional during busy service periods Your Role Will Include Serving customers and providing exceptional hospitality Preparing and serving beverages Maintaining a clean and organised bar/front of house area Handling EFTPOS/cash transactions Monitoring responsible service of alcohol Supporting the wider team during service What We Offer Minimum 35 hours per week Supportive and social team environment with secure employment Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow within the business If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
