Portland Stage is looking for people that are passionate about using theater to connect communities, inspiring young people, and working as part of a collaborative team to create and support art. The Development Associate is a key member of the Development department and you will be expected to provide the support for the department to allow us to meet our annual fundraising goals.

The ideal candidate has an attention to detail, strong organizational skills, experience in non-profit administration, and technologically savvy. Also, would have experience with CRM software and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite. This is a full-time, hourly, benefits eligible position. Weekly schedule is typically 40 hours during weekdays, with the need for some evening and weekend availability surrounding special events. Compensation is $19.00-19.75/hr.
