Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood Dr., Jefferson City, MO 65109.

Help make an impact on HIV and STIs across the state of Missouri. This position coordinates the HIV and STI Prevention and Testing Programs and works with partners statewide to reduce the number of new HIV and STD infections.

The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

Responsibilities - What you’ll do
  • Develop and monitor contracts with regional program partners based on CDC grant requirements and deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of grant applications for federal funding
  • Create regular programmatic progress reports
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and collaboration with various internal and external organizations Another responsibility
  • Provide problem-solving direction
  • Oversee budget for program and ensure adherence to expenditure guidelines
  • Analyze and evaluate policies and operations and formulate recommendations
  • Supervise programmatic staff
Qualifications - All you need for success Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)
  • Knowledge of grant and contract practices
  • Ability to work with considerable independence, performing a wide range of duties to support the program
  • Strong and effective communication skills
