Compensation: $85,000 to $130,000 annually plus $6,000 first-year bonus

What You’ll Do

• Complete nursing assessments and create care plans
• Perform OASIS visits and coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Educate families and guide care transitions
• Document accurately and ensure compliance

What You Bring

• MN RN license
• 3 or more years of clinical experience
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
