Herriott’s Rents Tents Events is a local family owned and operated business serving Champaign and surrounding counties; seeking staff from NOW-November 2026 and beyond to join our team.

What you’ll bring:

Ideal candidate will be willing to learn all aspects of training, be SELF-MOTIVATED and personally accountable. Positive mental attitude regarding project work; the successful candidate will exhibit flexibility and eagerness to perform a task to completion, whether working independently or in a group. Ability to take direction from leaders. Ability to UNDERSTAND when a job is complete.

IF YOU'RE WANTING TO STAND AROUND, THIS ISN'T FOR YOU!

Ability to meet physical aspects: lifting up to 70 lbs repeatedly; standing for long periods; much of the work is performed outdoors in varied types of weather

Excellent eye for detail.

Ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers on phone or in person and with fellow staff members

Possess valid driver’s license with ACCESS TO A MOTOR VEHICLE FOR GETTING TO WORK DAILY; clear driving record and box truck experience for those operating company vehicles; forklift experience a plus

Understand and comply with company’s policies

Safe, quick, self-motivated learners with the above qualifications will be given priority

Hourly Wage ~ $19-$20
