Position: Assembly Technician

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assemble precision-machined components using blueprints and detailed instructions
  • Work with a variety of tools, fixtures, and high-performance parts
  • Install hardware like Helicoils, bearings, bushings, studs, and more
  • Use torque wrenches and specialized tools to ensure everything is built right
  • Help improve processes and keep production efficient
  • Assist with CNC machining operations when needed
  • Be part of a team focused on quality, speed, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with assembly/disassembly or mechanical work (preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Pay:
$25–$28/hour to start (based on experience)
