Project Engineering Manager

Salary: $141,250

Travel: Up to 50%

Overview:

We are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital projects, process improvements, and manufacturing initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This role will oversee projects from planning through installation while driving efficiency, cost savings, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and capital projects from concept through completion

• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and cost estimates

• Coordinate with plant teams, vendors, and contractors during implementation

• Support equipment installations, process improvements, and facility upgrades

• Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation

• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines

• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards

• Provide leadership and support to engineering team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred

• 5+ years of engineering/project management experience in manufacturing

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred

• Experience with capital projects, budgeting, and contractor coordination

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred:

• Experience managing large-scale capital projects

• Background in manufacturing, food production, or regulated industries

• Knowledge of process improvement and engineering economics

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $141,250.00 per year
