Job Title: RN – ICU
Location: Falmouth, MA
Type: Contract
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12 | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Every other weekend + rotating holidays | May float to Med/Surg Tele units if needed
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ICU patient care using the nursing process
- Monitor and assess patient responses to medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, and social assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Administer and monitor critical care interventions (ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, etc.)
- Guide and supervise ancillary staff and support charge nurse responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to hospital safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient and family education as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- Completion of hospital-required Pharmacology & Arrhythmia exams
- Additional preferred certifications: CCRN, TCAR
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

- Critical Care & ICU nursing expertise
- Ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring
- Clinical judgment and emergency response
- Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
- Patient safety and quality care focus
- Strong communication and adaptability in high-acuity setting
