Fire Alarm & Security System Technician - 4 Positions Available
Compensation: $32-$45/hr | Downtown Nashville, TN | Onsite | Full-Time

We are placing 4 Fire Alarm and Security Systems Technicians for active projects in Downtown Nashville. These are not short-term gigs. The work is consistent, the job sites are real, and the demand in this market is not slowing down. If you want to plant roots somewhere your skills are actually put to use, keep reading.

This is a hands-on, technical role. You will be on-site every day working across Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Nurse Call, and Intercom systems. If that kind of variety energizes you rather than overwhelms you, you are exactly who we are looking for.

What you will own

  • Programming, commissioning, and starting up new system installations from scratch
  • Point-to-point troubleshooting across Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Nurse Call, and Intercom systems
  • Communicating directly with project leads and clients on status, timelines, and challenges
  • Reviewing contract and design documents before installation to catch issues early
  • Performing code-compliance inspections and completing detailed project reports
  • Responding to emergency service calls when they come in

Who we want to hear from

You have hands-on experience with life safety or electronic security systems. You know how to read a set of design documents. You communicate clearly, you show up on time, and you do not need to be managed through every step of a job. You take pride in clean installs and you can move fast without missing the details.

  • Location: Downtown Nashville, TN (onsite)
  • Pay: $32-$45/hour
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, variable shifts, rotating on-call
