Builder - window door installation

Central Glass & Aluminium is a locally owned and operated glazing and aluminium joinery company. We pride ourselves on producing quality aluminium joinery, delivered on time, and installed with exceptional workmanship. Due to continued growth, we are seeking another experienced builder to join our install team. About the Role: As an installer, you’ll be responsible for installing new, replacement, insert, and retrofit aluminium joinery to a high standard, in line with best trade practice. You’ll report directly to our Install Manager and play a key role in ensuring every job is completed with precision and care. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out on-site installation of aluminium windows and doors * Maintain high standards of workmanship especially finishing detail * Support a building labourer on-site * Assist with preliminary and final site measures for fabrication * Heavy lifting including loading and unloading frames from the trailer, and during installation * Completion of on-site maintenance as required The ideal candidate will have: * At least 2 years experience in the building industry * Competent in renovation projects, with excellent finishing detail * Be able to problem-solve effectively when unexpected issues arise on-site * Professional and well-presented * Great teamwork and communication skills * A good sense of humour – we’re serious about quality, but we like to enjoy the job too!
