Job Overview
Woodland Hills Golf Course is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations at Nebraska’s only 5-star rated golf course.

This leadership role is responsible for managing food and beverage operations including the snack bar, beverage cart service, scheduling, tournaments, outings, and event support while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading a team.

This is a hands-on leadership position with significant involvement in daily operations, staff management, and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily food and beverage operations including snack bar, beverage cart service, tournaments, leagues, outings, and special events
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise snack bar and beverage cart staff
• Coordinate food and beverage operations for tournaments, weddings, corporate outings, and private events
• Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and product cost controls
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service to golfers and event guests
• Help execute successful tournaments, league nights, and special events
• Assist with menu planning, pricing, and operational improvements
• Work closely with ownership and management on hospitality growth and future improvements

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage, restaurant, bar, hospitality, or event management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable leading and managing staff
• Reliable and dependable
• Weekend availability required during golf season
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required during peak golf season
• Schedule will vary based on tournaments, outings, leagues, weddings, and special events
