Retail Accounts Manager

Keystone Brand Meats is seeking an experienced Retail Accounts Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for ensuring order-to-cash execution, retailer compliance, and operational alignment in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This is a critical, hands-on, high-importance leadership role that owns execution for major retail partners, including Walmart.

What You’ll Own:

• End to End Walmart order management and retail execution
• EDI, routing, labeling, and OTIF Compliance performance
• Retail deductions, chargebacks, and AR resolution
• Invoice accuracy, cash application, and receivables tracking
• Cross-functional coordination and communications with production, logistics, and finance
• Continuous improvement of order flow and operations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in CPG, food manufacturing, or retail operations
• Direct experience supporting Walmart (preferred)
• Deep understanding of EDI, OTIF, and retailer compliance
• Proven success managing high-volume AR, deductions, and chargebacks
