Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Workers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Duties

  • Supervise and care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, ensuring their safety at all times
  • Plan and facilitate educational activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and creativity
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that supports learning and play
  • Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and discipline when necessary
  • Assist with feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene routines in accordance with health guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children’s progress, needs, and daily activities
  • Support special education needs by adapting activities and providing individualized care when required
  • Administer basic first aid in case of minor injuries or emergencies, following established protocols

Experience

  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
  • Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities is highly desirable
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team of caregivers and educators
