We pride ourselves on being the “eyes and ears” for our clients at the store level, ensuring their products stand out and succeed across multiple retail sectors. The Role We are looking for a motivated and professional Territory Sales Manager to represent our brands across the Palmerston North and wider Manawatu region. This is a substantial part-time contract role of approx 25 hours per week, offering a great balance of field-based independence and consistent, reliable hours. Key Responsibilities • Diverse Portfolio Management: Represent our clients across a wide range of retail environments, from local Four Squares to major Grocery, Retail, Hardware and DIY stores. • Relationship Management: Act as the face of our brands, building strong rapport with store managers and buyers in a variety of retail sectors. • Sales & Growth: Drive sales by securing prominent shelf placements, sell in of new products, managing stock levels, and ensuring promotional compliance. • Merchandising Excellence: Maintain high standards of product presentation and manage new product launches across varied store formats. • Reporting: Provide high-quality, real-time data and photos via the proprietary CRM system. About You • Versatile Sales Skills: You are comfortable pivoting your sales approach between different retail stores. • Local Knowledge: You live in or near Palmerston North and have a solid understanding of the local retail landscape. • FMCG & Retail Savvy: Prior experience in FMCG, pharmacy or hardware retail is highly preferred given the scope of this territory. • Tech Literate: Comfortable using CRM apps on your smartphone or tablet for daily reporting. • Requirements: You must have a reliable vehicle, a current driver’s license, and a valid Safe in Store pass.
