About Us

Broadline Living is a fast-growing furnished rental company based in New York City. We lease premium furnished apartments across Manhattan and Brooklyn, serving corporate professionals, relocators, and travel nurses on mid-to-long-term stays. We operate lean and move fast. This is a real work environment, not a coffee-and-shadowing internship.

The Role

We're looking for a Summer Associate to support leasing and property operations for the summer. You'll be on the ground showing apartments, handling tenant communications, reviewing paperwork, and making sure our units are move-in ready. You'll get direct exposure to how a real estate and furnished rental business operates from the inside.

What You'll Do

You'll conduct in-person showings for prospective tenants across our NYC portfolio, respond to inquiries from prospects and current tenants, and review lease paperwork to assist with onboarding. You'll coordinate with cleaners and vendors to ensure units are move-in ready, track unit status and tasks in our property management system, and support general leasing and operational needs day-to-day.

What We're Looking For

You're currently enrolled in a college or university program with strong communication skills, professional, responsive, and clear. You're organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. You're NYC-based with the ability to travel between properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and you have a genuine interest in real estate, operations, or entrepreneurship.

What You Get

This position comes with a $3,000 summer bonus upon successful completion of the program. The role is also college credit eligible and we'll coordinate directly with your school to satisfy internship or practicum requirements. You'll receive hands-on experience in leasing, operations, and tenant management with direct mentorship from company founders, and real exposure to the full lifecycle of a furnished rental business spanning acquisitions, leasing, and operations.

Schedule

In-office Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays.
