Are you a creative, driven graphic designer who loves seeing your work come to life — on a shirt, a trophy, a mug, or across a social feed? We’re looking for a talented designer to join our team and make an impact across a wide range of promotional and print media.

Position Overview

Position: Graphic Designer

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Create and prepare production-ready art for screen printing, laser engraving, direct-to-film (DTF/DTG), and a wide variety of promotional products. Design engaging marketing materials and social media graphics that represent our brand and our customers’ brands. Collaborate closely with our sales team, production staff, and customers to bring ideas to life accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a print or promotional products environment. Strong candidates will have skills in most or all of the following:

• Screen print production art — including color separations, spot color builds, and halftone work
• Laser engraving art preparation
• Direct-to-file (DTF) artwork setup
• Promotional product art (apparel, drinkware, awards, signage, and more)
• Social media graphics and digital marketing content (a plus!)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or CorelDRAW
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality

Above all else, we need someone who communicates exceptionally well. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their vision and translate it into great artwork — and you’ll be a vital part of our internal team, coordinating with sales, production, and management daily. We need someone who is proactive, clear, and professional. Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, ask the right questions, and keep everyone in the loop. Friendly, responsive communication can make or break a project, and we take that seriously.
