Little Champs ABA is looking for a passionate, high-energy leader to join our team in Denver! Located at 1323 Gilpin St., Denver, CO 80218, we are a daycare dedicated to providing life-changing, play-based ABA therapy. We don't just focus on behaviors; we focus on the whole child and the joy of learning.

Your Impact as a BCBA

At Little Champs, you aren't just a supervisor; you're a mentor, an advocate, and a game-changer.

• Design the Strategy: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive, evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Inspire Your Team: Provide hands-on supervision and mentorship to our RBTs, ensuring high-fidelity implementation of programs.
• Empower Parents: Lead parent training sessions that provide families with real-world strategies to use at home.
• Data-Driven Progress: Monitor progress through our digital data collection systems and pivot treatment plans as needed to ensure our "Champs" keep winning.

Who You Are

You are a clinical expert with a heart for pediatric development and a knack for leadership.

The Essentials:

• BCBA Certification: Current and in good standing with the BACB.
• Pediatric Pro: Significant experience working with children on the Autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities.
• Energy & Empathy: You bring a positive attitude to the clinic and a supportive ear to our families and staff.

The "Champ" Factor:

• You are a master of Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and love keeping therapy "playful."
• You’re a clear, kind communicator who leads by example.
