Are you a licensed pharmacist looking to thrive in a high-impact, production-focused environment? A leading healthcare solutions provider is adding five permanent Fulfillment Pharmacists to their growing team in Charlestown, IN. This 100% onsite role offers a stable Monday-Friday rotating schedule (8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET) with no weekend shifts. You will play a vital role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance within a fast-paced pharmacy fulfillment center.

responsibilities:
  • Execute daily fulfillment operations, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in prescription processing to meet production quotas.
  • Perform critical PV2 verification of prescriptions in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of dispensed medications, packaging processes, and compliance documentation.
  • Partner with fulfillment leadership and pharmacy technicians to optimize workflow integrity and enforce safety protocols.
  • Maintain comprehensive compliance records and actively participate in internal audits and external regulatory inspections.

qualifications:

Required:

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of Indiana
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in high-volume fulfillment or production operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in PV2 verification and pharmacy regulatory compliance standards

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with pharmacy automation technologies and inventory management systems
  • Active, unrestricted pharmacist licenses in multiple states
