Quality Engineer III

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Quality Engineer III with our power technology client in Bloomfield, CT. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $46.00 - $51.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.


Schedule: Onsite Position


Description:
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience specifically in automotive-related quality positions.


Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with all steps of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• Experience with PFMEA and MSA
• Standard working knowledge of IATF
• Metrology understanding and skills
• Position is split 50/50 in supplier quality/production quality. The ideal candidate will have experience with both.

Nice to Have:

• ASQ CQE certification
• Auditing experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required, preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering
