Home Program Supervisor

We support adults living in private homes with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a Home-Program Supervisor, who will provide individualized care, promoting growth and independence, and who will be responsible for managing the staff that work in the home on a 24-hour staffing schedule. This is a part-time position combining direct-care with supervisory duties (& is anticipated to become a full-time position in several months).

What You’ll Do:

As the Home-Program Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the family & staff to:

• Support the daily operations of the residential program and assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and problem-solving.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered care by observing staff and modeling positive behavior and oversee health/medical follow-up.
• Coordinate with state case manager and medical providers to meet the needs of the individual resident.
• Provide on-call support to staff, if needed.
• Assist with compliance, documentation, and reporting to meet state and agency standards.
• Oversee financial and budget management to ensure staff hours, benefits and personal funds are being used appropriately.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in residential or Supported Living Settings; prior supervisory experience is a requirement.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and ability to pass background checks.
