Location: Idolize Brows & Beauty — NASHUA NH
Pay: $20–$30 per hour (includes hourly wage + tips)
Schedule: Flexible — daytime, evenings, some weekends; full‑time and part‑time considered

Role Summary
We’re hiring an experienced eyebrow threader to join our team. You’ll deliver precise, efficient threading services while providing friendly consultations, retail recommendations, and maintaining a clean, professional treatment area. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, client‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, appointment‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform eyebrow threading with consistent precision, speed, and sanitation
• Provide brief skin/brow consultations and shape recommendations tailored to each client
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow infection‑control protocols
• Manage appointment flow professionally and communicate wait times or delays
• Recommend retail products and add‑on services when appropriate
• Accurately record service details in booking/POS system and handle payment transactions as needed
• Attend brief team meetings and periodic training sessions

Qualifications

• Prior eyebrow threading experience required
• Valid state esthetician/cosmetology/licensure if required by local regulations
• Strong customer service skills; friendly, professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts (including weekends)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform fine motor tasks
• Comfortable recommending and discussing retail products and treatments
