Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW or LMHC) to join our growing team as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, ideal for clinicians who value autonomy while being part of a supportive and mission-driven group.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults, adolescents or couples
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in periodic case consultations and team meetings (optional but encouraged)
• Collaborate with our administrative team for scheduling and billing support
• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards for clinical care

Qualifications:

• Active LCSW or LMHC license
• Experience with LGBTQ+ community preferred but not required
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to inclusive, affirming care
• Reliable internet connection and private, confidential workspace
