This role is simple, but not easy: You’ll be out in the field, knocking doors, starting conversations, and booking appointments. If you’re looking for an easy job - this isn’t it. What You’ll Be Doing * Door-to-door conversations (majority of your role) * Engaging everyday Kiwis in your local area * You’ll also have opportunity to call our internal leads and clients * Following a proven script and system * Booking qualified appointments for our financial advisers No selling. No advice. Just starting conversations and booking meetings. Earnings * Guaranteed base during onboarding * Move to performance-based earnings quickly if you’re performing * Most setters earn around $1,200 - $1,500 per week * Top performers: $1,500 - $1,750+ per week The more you put in, the more you get out. Simple.
