This main contractor delivers a range of projects across commercial, high rise residential, industrial and specialist projects. They have good systems in place for training and development in and amongst a collaborative and social working environment. Due to new projects looking to commence, this contractor is now on the look for a competent project administrator Your duties will involve: * Document management * Drawings management * Health and Safety – assisting with SSSP documentation and inductions * Timesheet coordination and entry * Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. * Arranging Council Inspections * Project Completion Coordination (CPU,CCC,PC) * Client and Stakeholder Liaison including consultants, and the Auckland Council Your background: We are looking for an experienced site/project administrator from the commercial and/or density residential construction industry with sound local knowledge and expertise.
