Who Are We?
We are a rapidly growing construction-focused project management company with a hands-on approach — self-delivering every aspect of the construction process through our in-house expertise. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team.
As part of a larger group, we operate across four core divisions: Small Works, Projects, Renewables, and Asset Management. This structure allows us to provide tailored solutions, whether it's delivering fast-track refurbishments, managing large-scale developments, or advancing sustainable energy solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing supplier relationships, improving commercial performance, and ensuring our supply chain remains compliant, efficient, and scalable as we continue to grow.

What We’re Looking For.
You’ll thrive here if you’re:
Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
A strong communicator, both written and spoken
Proactive and capable of taking ownership of procurement processes
Analytical and comfortable reviewing pricing, trends, and supplier performance
Able to work collaboratively with operational and commercial teams
Experienced in procurement, supply chain, or commercial management within construction, facilities management, or a related industry
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience within construction, FM, M&E, or renewables sectors
Knowledge of supplier compliance and subcontractor management
Experience supporting ISO or accreditation processes
Experience using procurement or job management systems
