The mission of Campbellsville University’s College of Business and Enterprise is to prepare students for successful careers in business, economics and technology, with a focus on Christian ethics and leadership.
With a total enrollment of 2,475 (543 undergraduate, 1,851 graduate, 81 doctoral), the College offers cutting-edge programs in areas like accounting, business information technology, cybersecurity and forensics, management, marketing, economics and more. About the Position
Campbellsville University invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean of the College of Business and Enterprise to begin on or before September 1, 2026.
Reporting directly to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean of the College of Business and Enterprise provides strategic, academic and administrative leadership for the College. This role is responsible for advancing academic excellence, fostering innovation and supporting student success. The Dean serves as the chief advocate for the College and ensures alignment with institutional mission, values and long-term strategic priorities.
The Dean oversees faculty, academic programs, budgeting and external partnerships, while promoting a collaborative, student-centered environment. This position requires a visionary and entrepreneurial leader with strong operational and interpersonal skills who can drive growth, support faculty development and enhance program quality.
