Auto Repair Shop Manager / Auto Technician / Licensed Vehicle Inspector Wanted

We’re looking for someone who can run day-to-day shop operations, including:

Diagnosing and repairing vehicles, including general repairs

Performing Massachusetts light-vehicle inspections

Managing workflow and scheduling

Ordering parts and working with vendors

Writing estimates/quotes and explaining repairs to customers

Handling basic financial tasks, including invoicing, tracking jobs, parts/labor, and simple reporting

Keeping the shop organized, safe, and productive

Requirements:

Strong experience as an auto technician; SUV/pickup experience is a plus

Valid Massachusetts Vehicle Inspector License preferred

Light-vehicle inspection experience preferred

Prior lead/manager experience preferred

Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Valid driver’s license

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, hourly and/or salary plus performance bonus.
