The "Real Life" Schedule

We are looking for a doctor to join us on a Part-Time basis (2.5 days/week) with the potential for Full-Time if desired.

• The Hours: Our doors close at 5:30pm on weekdays and 12:00pm sharp on Saturday. Rotating Saturdays are required.
• The Balance: No late nights, no emergency on-call, and a schedule that respects your life outside the clinic.

How We Work

• Master of the Exam Room: We believe in the "slow-down to speed-up" philosophy. You’ll have 30+ minute slots to connect with clients and form relationships, not just rush through a checklist.
• The Tech Arsenal: You’ll have all the gadgets: in-house IDEXX labs, digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, and both surgical and therapy lasers.
• Floor General: We move as a unit. Our floor is built on teamwork and a "no task is too small" mentality. You’ll be supported by a team that proactively jumps in to help with blood draws and X-rays so the day stays smooth.
• Calm & Collected: We utilize low-stress handling techniques—it's better for the pets and for your stress levels.

Who Fits Best?

• The Essentials: DVM degree, a Kansas license in good standing, and a heart for people as much as pets.

The Perks

• Salary: $115,000+ for Full-Time (Prorated based on your experience and number of days worked). We are happy to discuss daily rates or production-based bonuses for the right candidate.
