POSITION OVERVIEW
The Communications Lead provides expert support to the Program Integration Office (PIO), HQ AFGSC, and DoD in all communications and information technology efforts related to the B-21 bed-down, participating in the design and execution of Network/IT infrastructure while delivering analysis, risk assessments, and solutions to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and security. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a highly experienced IT and information assurance professional with a minimum of five years in Multi-Level Secure (MLS) or Special Access Program (SAP) network management, five years of classified information systems experience, and demonstrated proficiency across a broad range of technical disciplines, including System Security Plans, cross-domain security solutions, classified IS incident resolution, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)/JSIG implementation, router and firewall configuration, VoIP infrastructure, High Assurance Internet Protocol Equipment (HAIPE), and database management platforms such as Access, SQL, and Oracle. Candidates must hold at minimum a DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management Level II certification and IS Security Professional certification, with DoD 8140.01 credentials, Special Security Officer (SSO) experience, and component command-level leadership experience considered highly desirable.
