You will be the first point of contact for guests and the "engine room" for our order and reporting processes. Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities Customer & Sales Support: - Order Management: Process standard orders, sample requests, and track lead times for global showrooms.
- Communication: Manage OMNI emails and Live Chat inquiries with a 24-hour turnaround.
- Logistics: Authorize returns (RGAs), resolve freight claims, and provide customs documentation.
- Reporting: Handle daily technical reporting including EDI, SQVI, and Open RGA reports.
Office Administration: - Front Desk: Greet guests and associates with a professional, luxury-brand demeanor.
- Operations: Manage office supplies, coordinate incoming mail, and ensure the office environment remains tidy and welcoming.
