Maquoketa High School is seeking a positive, organized, and student-centered individual to serve as our High School Secretary for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and values building strong relationships with students, families, staff, administration, and community members.
The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and supportive office environment. This individual should possess strong situational awareness, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a safe, positive, and student-focused school culture. The High School Secretary will work closely with the principal, assistant principal, and activities director to support the daily operations of the high school office and provide exceptional service and support to students, families, staff, and visitors.
