Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Fee-For-Service Telehealth Therapist to join our growing team. This is a remote, flexible opportunity ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care and committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual individual therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development and trainings
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active licensure in Connecticut (LMSW or LCSW)
• Registered with NPI and CAQH
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in mental health settings
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing)
• Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care
• Proof of current malpractice insurance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive per-session pay ($30–$55 based on experience)

Minimum Commitment:

• Must be available to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week
