Join our Air Logistics team as an Export Gateway Operations Supervisor and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of air export operations for key customers. In this position, you will oversee end-to-end shipment processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across the gateway. How you create impact

• Oversee daily air export gateway operations for assigned key account customers

• Act as the main liaison between branch offices, airlines, vendors, and internal teams

• Manage end-to-end shipment execution, including bookings, documentation, and consolidations

• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely airport delivery

• Track and trace shipments while proactively resolving service disruptions

• Maintain high levels of data accuracy, reporting, and operational compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards (e.g., GxP/GDP)

• Monitor KPIs and drive performance aligned with business objectives

• Support pricing activities, including customer quotations and bids

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new business in coordination with stakeholders

• Manage customer accounts through booking, execution, issue resolution, and billing

• Act as escalation point for operational risks and ensure timely resolution

• Supervise daily workload, coordinate team activities, and support overall operations continuity

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams

What we would like you to bring

• 3+ years of experience in Air Logistics, freight forwarding, or gateway operations

• Solid knowledge of export processes, documentation, and air freight operations

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills

• Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work in fast-paced environments

• Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office) with strong analytical and organizational abilities

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
