You will work closely with our Head of Employability and Post 16 Teacher, supporting students across classroom learning, pastoral development, and real workplace experiences.Our Post 16 learners have mild to moderate learning difficulties alongside needs such as ASC, hemiplegia and medical vulnerabilities. In our calm and nurturing environment, students access Functional Skills, Level 3 NOCN vocational learning, the HPQ or EPQ and a rich programme of independence and employability education.
