Front Desk Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hometown Sweat is a boutique hot yoga and fitness studio in Natick, MA offering Original Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Hot Pilates, and Sculpt. We just opened a new building and we're growing — which means we need great people at the front desk.

We're hiring a part-time Front Desk Associate with Saturday availability. Saturday is our busiest day of the week, and we need someone who shows up consistently, takes pride in the member experience, and keeps the space looking great between classes. Friday evening availability is also needed.

We're open to morning-only, afternoon-only, or full-day Saturday candidates — tell us what works for you and we'll build around it.

AVAILABILITY WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Saturday mornings — high priority
• Saturday midday/afternoon — high priority
• Friday evenings — needed
• Weekday evenings (Tue & Wed) — additional hours available starting fall 2026

You don't need to be available for all of the above — let us know what your schedule looks like and we'll figure out the best fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome members and manage class check-ins using Walla studio software
• Handle membership sales, retail transactions, and new member inquiries
• Clean and reset the studio between classes — this is a real part of the job
• Keep the front of house organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Answer phones and assist walk-ins
• Communicate any issues to the management team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable and consistent — if you're on the schedule, you show up
• Warm, friendly presence; you genuinely enjoy working with people
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and studio software (we'll train you on Walla)
• Able to stay organized and calm during a busy class rush
• Comfortable with light physical cleaning tasks between classes
• Previous experience in a studio, gym, salon, or hospitality setting preferred
• Interest in yoga or fitness is a plus, but not required
