Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

Assist customers with account-related questions and transactions

Troubleshoot basic technical and payment-related issues

Provide accurate information about products and services

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
