TRAILS is seeking a part-time contracted Implementation Liaison to provide regional implementation support to schools and districts during the Fall 2026 (July – December) rollout of the updated TRAILS platform.

This position will support schools and districts across the MAISA REGION 7, including:

• Berrien RESA
• Van Buren ISD
• Heritage Southwest ISD
• Kalamazoo RESA
• St. Joseph County ISD
• Calhoun ISD
• Branch ISD

This role includes a hybrid mix of virtual and in-person support with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting school and district implementation planning
• Providing regional partner support and communication
• Helping schools navigate updated TRAILS resources and rollout supports
• Identifying implementation barriers and problem-solving with partners
• Supporting engagement and sustainment efforts across the region

We are especially seeking individuals who:

• Live within the region they are supporting
• Know the local and surrounding school communities well
• Are able to travel across ISDs within the region

We welcome retired educators, superintendents, counselors, social workers, MTSS/SEL leaders, and current school or district staff interested in regional implementation support work.

This is a July–December 2026 contracted position. Please note that TRAILS is also hiring for additional Michigan regions.
