NA ANZ CS FI Digital Enablement Manager
The NA ANZ CS FI Digital Enablement Manager will partner with the NA ANZ CS FI Transformation Manager to identify opportunities with the NA ANZ CS FI organization and finance processes for digital advancement and be responsible for driving digital transformation across Finance for North America and ANZ by designing, scaling, and embedding advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The role enables data-driven decision making, improves efficiency and standardization of core finance processes, and builds digital acumen across the Finance organization.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Enablement & Analytics
Build and maintain end-to-end digital insight solutions, including finance reporting dashboards, data models, and underlying data architecture.
Scale advanced analytics capabilities, including GenAI, predictive modeling, AI forecasting, and anomaly detection to support planning, performance management, and decision support.
Design and deploy agents and AI-enabled analytics products to automate insights and reduce manual effort in collaboration with Global IT.
Develop and deploy self-service finance analytics to empower business partners and functional teams.
Process Automation & Standardization
Drive automation and standardization of core finance planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Automate recurring financial reports and data workflows to improve data quality, speed, and consistency.
Build and maintain finance KPI semantic layers to ensure standardized metrics and definitions across platforms.
Advanced Modeling & Planning
Lead development of new analytical capabilities, including cash consequence and decision-support modeling.
Build and maintain models for planning and performance management tools (e.g., Anaplan).
Develop and deploy predictive and machine learning models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and risk identification.
Finance Data Architecture & Engineering
Design and oversee Finance data architecture aligned with enterprise data strategy.
Develop and manage data pipelines, integrations, and data sourcing for finance dashboards and analytics solutions.
Perform and oversee data loads for key finance systems and analytical platforms.
Change Management & Capability Building
Drive digital upskilling and development of data and analytics capabilities across the Finance organization.
Lead change management activities to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Act as a strategic partner to Finance leadership, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong experience in data architecture, digital enablement and finance analytics
Proven experience with dashboards, data visualization, automation, and advanced analytics
Experience with planning and analytics platforms (e.g., Anaplan) and modern data tools
Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and deliver scalable digital solutions
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $123,760.00 - $185,640.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
