Position Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing team members, trades and clients to deliver top-quality renovation work. You are responsible for creating a job timeline from start to finish that prioritizes budget, schedule deadlines, open communication, professionalism and safety. This is a supervisory role with an opportunity to grow within our company.

What You Will Do

- Create a job timeline prioritizing schedule deadlines, efficiency and safety

- Track labor and material costs keeping over all project budget in mind

- Open and timely communication with team members and subs for scheduling

- Open and empathetic communication with clients

- Follow work plans, blueprints, and schedules to execute tasks efficiently

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively where applicable

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the renovation/restoration sector or education/trade school equivalent

- Ability to read blueprints, take measurements, and understand scopes of work

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Team player with a professional attitude

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in varying conditions
