Automotive Sales Associate

Location: Hyundai of Newport Middletown, RI
Position Type: Full-Time

Are you motivated, people-focused, and ready to build a rewarding career in automotive sales? Hyundai of Newport is looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the showroom and assist them through the sales process
• Respond to and follow up on internet, phone, and CRM-generated leads
• Contact prospective customers promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments and conduct test drives
• Present Hyundai vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales and lead conversion goals
• Stay up to date on Hyundai products, promotions, and inventory

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and phone communication
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
