Supervisor – 3rd Shift (65-70K)
Due to growth, we have an opening available for a Supervisor – 3rd Shift to work at an established company in the North Syracuse, NY area.
This role is essential to driving performance, fostering a strong team culture, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
3rd shift Hours are: 9:15PM – 6:15AM M-F.

- Drive continuous improvement by supporting teams in achieving goals related to cost, quality, safety, service, and employee engagement, removing obstacles and promoting accountability.
- AAS degree preferred, however will consider multiple years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Possess good organization and documentation skills.
