Customer Service Specialist

We are partnered with a manufacturing team in Malvern looking for a temporary customer service representative to support their team through September. The ideal candidate will possess customer service, order entry, and technical manufacturing product knowledge. If this sounds like you please apply today!

shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately inputting customer orders, pricing, and product quantities into database
• Order Verification: Checking incoming orders for missing information, pricing discrepancies, or product availability before finalizing the request
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinating with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to track order statuses, manage lead times, and expedite shipments
• Customer Communication: Answering customer inquiries about order status, communicating shipping delays, and processing returns, credits, or cancellations
