ACCOUNTING MANAGER

EBNER Furnaces is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager to lead and enhance our accounting operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Under the direction of the Controller, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across accounting systems.

Duties

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and ensure timely reporting
• Manage cost accounting functions within a manufacturing environment
• Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger and ensure GAAP compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Serve as ERP system owner (SAP) and process excellence
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit and compliance efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• ERP experience (SAP) Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Leadership mindset with a continuous improvement approach
