Paraprofessional - '26-'27 School Year!

We are in need of experienced, kind and motivated aides for the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit with GHR Education. These positions directly impact and benefit the lives of children who have disabilities and are struggling in the classroom without the extra support

-To follow the student’s IEP and the modifications and instructional techniques recommended by related service staff.

-To become proficient in students’ individual communication methods and strategies.

-To create instructional materials as needed.

-To accompany and support the student during community-based instruction.

-To maintain communication between home and school and keep daily log of information about the student and his/her activities.

-To participate in IEP and Team meetings.

-To participate in the assessment of the student and in the preparation of IEPs, progress reports, behavior plans, data collection, and other documentation for program monitoring.
