About the Brand

SECRETBOX NEW YORK is a New York–based fashion jewelry brand focused on developing trend-driven, market-ready products.
We work directly with factories and partners to manage the full process from concept → design → sampling → production.

About This Role

This position is not for concept-only designers.

We are looking for a designer who has hands-on experience developing real products, working directly with factories, and bringing designs to market.

Portfolio submission is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design fashion jewelry collections
• Work directly with factories to develop and revise samples
• Manage the full order development process from design to production approval
• Conduct continuous fashion jewelry market and trend research
• Create production-ready design files, tech packs, and visual references

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion jewelry design & development
• Proven experience in product planning, design, and factory-based development
• Hands-on experience managing samples and orders with factories
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools
• Strong sense of trends, color, materials, and market direction

Portfolio Requirements (Important)

Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes:

• Fashion jewelry products you personally planned and designed
• If available, examples showing the process from sample → production → finished product
• Sketches, renderings, and/or actual product photos are all acceptable
• Your specific role and responsibilities clearly indicated
