Crystal Clean Maui LLC is Hiring: Cleaning Assistant

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and punctual Cleaning Assistant to join our growing team. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required what matters most is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

This is a part-time, seasonal position requiring a minimum of two days per week through the end of August. Shifts run either 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and applicants must be available for at least one of these windows on at least two days per week. Specific days are flexible, and we're happy to work around your schedule. As we grow our client base over the summer, additional days and hours may become available, and team members who are a great fit may be invited to stay on beyond the season. We are hiring immediately.

This role is active and requires standing and moving for the duration of your shift. Primary service areas include Kahului, Wailuku, Kīhei, Waiehu, and Lahaina, with occasional jobs on the North Shore and Upcountry as well.

Pay & Training:

• Training period: $20.00/hr for your first 10 days
• After training: $24.50/hr

Duties Include:

• Cleaning residential homes to Crystal Clean standards
• Following directions from your Team Lead
• Helping maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 position)
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Must be dependable and a strong team player
