Job Description
We are seeking an experienced consulting professional with expertise in healthcare analytics, population health solutions, and data-driven decision support. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare analytics platforms, reporting technologies, and Oracle Population Health solutions, including Care Management and Registries. This role focuses on analytics implementation, optimization, reporting, and client adoption to help healthcare organizations improve operational and clinical outcomes through actionable insights.
This role operates independently to deliver high-quality work products and provide functional and technical solutions for customer engagements. Applies Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and industry best practices while supporting analytics-focused implementations and client initiatives. May act as a team lead on projects and effectively collaborate with customer leadership and operational stakeholders.
As part of a project team, analyzes data, workflows, and operational requirements to deliver analytics and reporting solutions across healthcare technologies. Responsibilities include problem solving, data analysis, reporting optimization, and supporting Oracle Population Health implementations with a strong emphasis on analytics and actionable insights.
Other key responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and optimizing analytics and reporting solutions within Oracle Population Health, including Care Management and Registries
Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Developing and optimizing SQL queries and database objects to support analytics and reporting requirements
Supporting data validation, reconciliation, and integration across healthcare data sources
Translating healthcare and operational data into actionable insights and KPI-driven reporting
Troubleshooting reporting issues, optimizing report performance, and supporting analytics best practices
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position, with a strong focus on healthcare analytics and reporting solutions
2+ years of healthcare consulting experience preferred
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on analytics and reporting development experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on technical experience with:
SQL development and relational database concepts
Tableau dashboard and report development
SAP BusinessObjects report development and administration
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboard, reporting, and visualization development
Experience with healthcare analytics platforms, population health solutions, care management workflows, and registries
Experience working with large healthcare datasets, including claims, clinical, operational, and population health data
Understanding of ETL processes, data integration concepts, and data validation methodologies
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Product or technical expertise relevant to analytics and population health practice focus
Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills
Ability to build rapport with team members, client stakeholders, and leadership teams
Ability to travel as needed
Security clearance strongly preferred
Responsibilities

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
